DS 106 My Dream Life (5 Stars)
I used to use Pinterest a lot when I was in middle school. It was the perfect place to be able to find the right images to be able to express yourself. I haven’t used it in years but was happy to take a look back down memory lane to make some new content. I chose four different categories to be able to showcase a little bit more about me. Career
My career has been one of the biggest things to stress me out, at least until I became an orientation leader. Being involved in orientation made my career path clear; from then on, I knew I wanted to be in higher education and student affairs. From then on, I knew that I had to fill my college career with experiences that would not only build my resume but also give me incredible experiences. I wanted to make a Pinterest board for my career because it’s my passion. I love having a team to be able to help guide in a common goal; those moments have been some of my best experiences at college. My future career will be filled with lots of people, presentations, and event planning, and I would not have it any other way.
Interests
I wanted to make sure my interests were put on a board because they are so important to me. When I am thinking about my future, it doesn’t matter what I am doing; I just know that no matter what, I always need to be pursuing my hobbies. I have so many that it was hard to pick the best ones to put on this board. I knew for a fact I had to at least include halloween, concerts, books, writing, and roller coasters. I could talk about all of them for hours on end. Unfortunately, I don’t have hours to talk about them, but I’ll leave you with this POV of my favorite roller coaster in the entire world, Indimidator 305.
Vibes
This one was probably the hardest for me. I am not the biggest fan of labels. I think that humans are too complicated to put in just a little box. So instead of labeling this as style, I wanted to put the broadest thing that I could think of, which is how I landed on the title vibes. It depends on the day for me. I love dressing darker on some days, but then other days, I look like I have just come out of the toddler clothing section. I really like space and stars, but love nature and plants just as equally. I think one of the best ways to sum me up is. person is through one of my favorite songs of all time, i think i’m going to leave my phone a home tonight by the Narcissist Cookbook. If you give it a listen, I think you will be able to understand just a little more about me.
People
I wanted to save the best for last, people. I have talked about it on here already, but I knew from a very young age that no matter what I ended up doing, I knew that I had to be around people. I love being around people, I love meeting new people, hanging out with people, and planning events for people. No same person if diffrent, and I think that is so special. I also put pictures of partners and animals too because family is equally as important to me; no matter what, they will always be by my side. Here is a picture of my family so far, I can’t wait to see hw it grows.
