Vignelli is able to sum many topics effortlessly so that they are easy to read for everyone at any level of design. Some of the topics that he touches on are semantics, syntactics, pragmatics, discipline, timelessness and responsibility. In these a couple of main points come through overall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Design should be purposeful timeless and clear. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no need to overcomplicate things. One of the most powerful things that you can do with design in to make things have a purpose behind it, You don&#8217;t want the viewer to have trouble unearthing what your intentions are , you simply just want them to be able to understand your message. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>It&#8217;s not about being pretty, it&#8217;s about making an impact. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aesthetics is about to provide a feeling but not a lasting impact. A design may look nice on the surface but what it really has to offer is the meaning of it.
